Glen Social Care is a CQC registered company that is fully equipped to provide personal care under the Health and Social Care Act 2014 for adults aged 18+ with varying needs including learning and physical disabilities, mental health, physical health, people with sensory loss and including those with dual sensory impairment.

We provide a person centred, strengths and client based- tailor-made support to people within their own homes so that they can continue to live independently and remain in control of their own lives while being supported to meet a range of activities of daily living as identified within their support plan and in doing so, enabling them to continue to pursue their interests and life aspirations

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide the best care all the time as wishes by the person we support. By enabling those under our care to gain or prolong the independence and regain some life skills. Glen Social Care is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) fully regulated health care services provider.

We will strive to provide care that is safe and compassionate whilst promoting your independence and dignity, in the comfort of your home. Our staff are all are provided with relevant training they need and they are all subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and have necessary qualifications and verified references.

Our Mission

Is to provide an outstanding support service to adults within the community enabling them to gain or prolong independence and regain some life skills possibly lost through illness, disability or hospitalisation. We aim to support people to remain within their own homes, move to a place of their choice, living with the people they choose and promote engagement in activities of their choice in a safe supportive environment.

Supporting clients to live a fulfilling life, enabling them to continue being actively involved in decisions around their care and support and promoting the choice to engage in activities of their choice and how they wish to be supported in meeting their desired short term and long term outcomes. Our staff is trained and fully equipped to provide you with the care you deserve.
